Key Responsibilities
As a Field & Vegetable Crop Labourer, you will:
- Apply hoeing techniques between crop rows
- Clean and maintain crops
- Clear fields of wood and stones
- Hand harvest vegetables and fruits
- Level earth to fine-grade specifications
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Perform weeding and crop maintenance
- Pack fruits and vegetables
- Harvest seasonal produce
Crop Experience Required
Experience with the following crops is highly valued:
- Asparagus
- Carrots
- Cucumbers
- Garlic
- Onions
- Raspberries
- Zucchinis
- Mixed vegetables
Permaculture farming experience is considered an asset.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for the job you will require at least the following qualifications:
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
OR equivalent experience
Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of farm or agricultural experience
Work Environment
- Outdoor farm setting
- All weather conditions (hot, dusty environments)
- Fast-paced and physically demanding
- On-site work only (no remote option)
Physical Requirements
You must be able to:
- Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, crouch, and kneel frequently
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Maintain attention to detail
Security & Transportation
- Criminal record check required
- Valid driver’s licence required
