Key Responsibilities

As a Cabinetmakers Foreman/Woman, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising cabinetmaking staff and daily production activities
  • Coordinating and scheduling work assignments and projects
  • Recommending and implementing measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Resolving work-related issues and providing technical guidance to team members
  • Estimating materials, labour requirements, and production costs
  • Establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience
