Key Responsibilities
As a Baker, you will perform a range of baking, food preparation and kitchen supervision duties. Your responsibilities may include:
- Bake mixed dough and batters according to established recipes and procedures.
- Prepare and handle food while maintaining required quality standards.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking and food-handling procedures.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Train new and existing employees as required.
