Key Responsibilities
As a Light Duty Cleaner, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
- Dusting furniture and fixtures
- Vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Making beds and changing sheets
- Distributing clean towels and toiletries
- Stocking linen closets
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures
- Handling and reporting lost and found items
- Responding to guests’ requests for additional supplies
- Providing basic information about hotel facilities
- Emptying trash containers and removing debris
- Washing windows, walls, and ceilings
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints professionally

Qualifications
You will need the following to qualify for the job:
Education:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience:
Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset but not mandatory.
