Key Responsibilities
As a Night Picker/Packer, you will help prepare fresh fruit and vegetable orders while keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include:
- Picking fruit and vegetable orders accurately
- Packing and preparing produce for customers
- Sorting fresh produce according to quality requirements
- Checking products for quality and condition
- Completing general warehouse duties
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Following established systems and instructions
- Handling repeated lifting and moving of produce safely
- Working efficiently during busy night shifts
- Helping maintain the company’s standards for quality and presentation

Requirements
The ideal candidate should be dependable, physically capable and comfortable working overnight.
Experience
- Previous picker/packer experience is preferred
- Experience in the fruit and vegetable industry is highly desirable
- Quality control experience would be an advantage
- Rocklea Markets experience is beneficial
Licences
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
