Key Responsibilities
While working as a farm supervisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Direct agricultural crop defoliating activities
- Direct farm grooming activities
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
- Maintain financial and production records
- Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Maintain work records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
