Key Responsibilities
Working as an Electrician, you will be responsible for the following:
Electrical Installation & Repair
Electrical Controls: Install electrical controls and panel boxes according to project requirements.
Repairs & Replacement: Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes when required.
Underground Wiring: Install underground wiring and cables safely and efficiently.
Wire Connections: Splice, join, and connect electrical wires and cables.
Electrical Testing: Test and measure voltage, electrical loads, ground faults, and the integrity of electrical circuits.
Troubleshooting & Electrical Systems
Hazardous Locations: Determine the appropriate selection of materials and methods for electrical work in hazardous locations.
Fault Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical systems and isolate faults to identify and resolve problems.
Cost Estimation: Estimate the costs of electrical work, materials, and required supplies.
System Renovation: Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance programs to help ensure electrical systems remain safe and operational.
