Your Role and Responsibilities:

Here is a list of your tasks and responsibilities as a part of our Food & Beverage team:

• All guests shall be provided warm, efficient, and personalized service  

• All guest queries and complaints shall be managed in a courteous and timely manner. 

• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by you in accordance with licensing regulations 

• You will need to demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and promotions 

• You will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization of all floor stations (mis-en-place) 

• You will be responsible for upholding Hilton’s grooming and appearance standards 

• Complying with all hotel health, fire regulations, safety, and hygiene policies 

• You will be required to follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues 

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
