Your Function and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who can ensure smooth daily operations of our restaurant, while delivering premium quality service and guest satisfaction. Give below is a list of your essential functions and responsibilities that you need to perform while working as Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Supervision and coordination: Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure excellent service.
- Grooming and Presentation: Ensure grooming and presentation standards are met.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Oversee opening and closing duties including supply setup, cleanliness, and security.
- Ensure Compliance and Cleanliness: Monitor storage areas for FIFO compliance and cleanliness.
- Inventory and Requisition: Conduct inventories and requisition supplies as needed.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Observe dining areas for service quality, guest well-being, and safety.
- Training and evaluation: Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching team members.
- Resolve Issues and Concerns: Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Workplace environment: Maintain a strong team-oriented culture and support a respectful workplace.

Note:
- As assistant managers you will also be required to operate in fast-paced environment, this position also requires physical activity such as standing for long durations of time, walking and lifting weights up to 50 lbs. when needed.
- You will be responsible to greet guests warmly, resolve their issues and concerns and provide personalized service if required. You will also be responsible to resolve employees’ grievances and concerns when needed via the open-door policy.
