Key Responsibilities

As a Chilled/Produce Assistant, your primary responsibilities would include the following:

  • Keep shelves stocked, rotated, and looking presentable
  • Maintain clean and organised chilled and produce areas
  • Ensure correct stock rotation and freshness standards
  • Support daily store operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Work confidently in chilled environments
  • Operate hoists or reach trucks if licensed
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures
