Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Pick & Packer, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations. Your duties may include:
- Receiving and dispatching stock, including container unloading
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling inbound stock and maintaining inventory control
- Organising stock, preparing pallets, and completing cycle counts
- Performing general warehouse housekeeping duties
- Manual handling of goods (up to 25kg when required)
- Loading and unloading trucks (forklift operation where licensed)
- Assisting with basic product repairs (training provided)
- Supporting other warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Occasionally delivering goods using a company vehicle (driver’s licence required)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
