Key Responsibilities

Working as a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for the following:

Food Preparation & Service

Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to company standards.

Food Packaging: Package take-out food and ensure orders are accurately prepared.

Portion Control: Portion and wrap foods while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a friendly and professional manner.

Order Taking: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Kitchen & Workplace Support

Food Handling: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.

Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure product availability.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of food quantities used as required.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
