Key Responsibilities
Working as a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Sorting harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
- Cleaning greenhouse and work areas
- Mixing and applying fertilizers
- Writing basic daily progress reports
- Harvesting crops
- Loading, unloading, and transporting farm produce and supplies
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Inspecting products for quality and market readiness
