Western Diagnostic Pathology, part of the Healius Network, located in Jandakot Western Australia is hiring Permanent Full-time Delivery and Storeperson. You will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of pathology supplies and reports at our medical and collection centres. This involves local travel, making up to 30 delivery stops each day. You may also be required to work on weekends and varied shifts from Monday-Friday including public holidays as needs be. Training will be provided on the job.

Job Requirements for Delivery & Storeperson

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience:

  • Previous experience in courier services, warehousing, or stock handling is highly desirable

Education:

  • No formal education requirements; on-the-job training provided

Licenses:

  • Valid open Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • Forklift licence is desirable

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Able to juggle up to 30 delivery stops per day
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to lift and handle packages weighing 10–15kg
  • Comfortable working independently across varied shifts including weekends/public holidays
  • Basic inventory handling and stock control familiarity
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery & Storeperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the medical and pathology network across WA:

  • Safe and timely delivery of pathology stock and reports to clinics and centres
  • Picking and packing stock orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS and quality assurance protocols
  • Regular participation in stocktake processes
  • Maintaining clean and orderly stores and delivery areas
  • Assisting with overall inventory and logistics operations within the lab
