Job Requirements for Picker/Packer Role
Picker/Packers at AWF should have the following:
Education
- No formal degree required
Experience
- Previous retail, stock, or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
Skills & Capabilities
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg
- Ability to communicate and interact with customers
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
- Clean criminal history (MOJ check required)
- Valid work authorisation in New Zealand
