This is a hands on role and therefore, you will be required to work directly on site locations to support seasonal fruit and vegetable operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Worker at Klippers Organic Acres, your daily duties will include:
- Clearing fields of wood and stones
- Weeding and greenhouse cleaning
- Harvesting and hand-picking vegetables and fruits
- Grading produce by size, shape, and colour
- Sorting crops into marketable and non-marketable lots
- Providing agricultural services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or hoeing between rows
- Performing general farm duties as assigned
