Key Responsibilities of a Live-in Caregiver – Seniors
As a Live-in Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing care, comfort, and companionship to an elderly client. Your daily duties may include:
- Administering bedside and personal care
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hygiene

- Helping clients with regular exercise, such as walks

Job Requirements for Live-in Caregiver Role

Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant caregiving experience
- Previous experience working with elderly clients preferred
Language
- English (required)
- Vietnamese (asset)

- On-site position — work must be performed at the employer’s home
- Willingness to relocate as needed
