This role will predominantly work a Mon-Fri roster, but will require weekend work during busy seasonal periods. To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and expectations:
- Experience: Hands-on experience in farming, livestock care, or crop production
- Education: Not mandatory, but qualifications in agriculture/horticulture are a plus
- Language: Proficient in English (verbal and written)

- Ability to operate tractors, planters, spray rigs, and other farm machinery

Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Hand, you will work alongside seasoned agricultural professionals and report directly to the Farm Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Operating modern agricultural equipment for planting, spraying, tilling, and harvesting
- Managing irrigation systems, both hands-on and via remote operations
- Assisting with the care and wellbeing of livestock (cattle and sheep)
- Handling general farm maintenance including fencing and road upkeep
- Conducting fertiliser and pesticide preparations for crop management
- Supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) projects on the farm
