Job Requirements for Dairy Farm Assistant Role
In order to qualify you must have the following:
Education
- Relevant agricultural or farming training (preferred but not essential)
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered
Experience
- Previous dairy farming experience required (milking experience is essential)
- Familiarity with two-wheelers, SxS, and farm equipment (training available if needed)
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong work ethic and attention to animal health and welfare
- Proactive approach to safety and teamwork
- Good communication and time management skills
