Key Responsibilities
As a Storeman / Grocery Assistant at New World Te Puke, you will be responsible for:
- Unloading trucks and delivery vans
- Checking deliveries against invoices and pick slips
- Processing perishable deliveries according to company policy
- Rotating and storing stock in correct locations
- Keeping the storeroom and surrounding areas tidy and safe
- Managing pallets, rubbish, and waste safely
- Assisting with credits and related paperwork
- Supporting the grocery team with stock movement and presentation
