Job Requirements
The Azuridge Estate Hotel is seeking candidates who have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate (or equivalent)
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
- Dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets, draperies, and upholstery
- Making beds and changing linens
- Stocking clean towels, toiletries, and supplies
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and hotel fixtures
- Handling lost and found items appropriately
- Responding to guest requests and providing basic facility information
- Collecting trash and laundry, and maintaining cleanliness across guest areas
- Laundering and mending linens or clothing, when required
- Cleaning common areas, changing rooms, showers, and elevators
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Addressing guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
